The Sonikh HC Series jaw crushers offer exceptional material intake due to their optimally proportioned feed opening, with an ideal width-to-depth ratio. This design prevents time-consuming bridging and allows rocks to flow smoothly into the crushing chamber. The HC Series is capable of processing very coarse materials, minimizing the need for additional blasting or hammering. An optional feed chute is also available, ensuring continuous material flow from the feeder directly into the crusher cavity.

material flow, even when handling slippery feed.
This design minimizes wear on the jaw dies,
lowering operating costs. With a secure grip, the

the entire cavity. Additionally, an intermediate
plate can be used to further enhance the nip
angle, improving overall performance.

            b. Maximum lump size does not exceed 80% of the size of mouth opening. With standard jaw plates. Actual capacities will depend on the Crushing
                  characteristics of the material. Capacities indicated are the medium hard materials. While crushing harder materials capacity figures are likely to change.
• For achieving cubical product from the crusher usage of separate jaw plates are recommended. While using serrated jaw plates capacity figures will be reduced.
